The death count rises in Lower South Bay. Chloe struggles with being the town pariah and is joined where she works at Dollerama, by her Police Officer brother. Local gun-totin' hick, O'Dell makes his way through.. on his way to where? Mike & Tony find a local drunk near the most recent victim. A gaggle of townspeople make their way into the hot-seat for interrogations.
